You won't regret it

I first bought sleepybare and beautybare three months ago. Started taking one to two sleepybares before bed and they really knocks you out. My husband even tried and loved them. Not too sure about beautybare as I don't notice any difference.

Good product

Helps me fall asleep but whatever ingredients keep you asleep should be increased (to help me at least). Tastes good though!

It does seem to work

Have been using this for a couple of weeks and it does seem to assist with falling to sleep at night. However although the gummies smell lovely I am not partial to the taste and wonder if there are any plans to have another flavour for example orange?

Got a question?

We’ve got the answer

    • SleepyBare is for the woman who needs help relaxing, the woman who works hard and plays hard, the woman who has a young baby keeping her up, or maybe just a loud housemate or snoring boyfriend (we’ve all been there). Whether it be through your jet lag or shift work, Sleepybares are here for you.
    • For those of you who want to wake up refreshed and energised, and like you actually got some good shut-eye in so you can take on the day as the best and most recovered version of yourself.
    • Not recommended for those taking anti-coagulant medication. Always read the label. Take only as directed. If taking prescription medication or if in doubt, please consult your Healthcare Professional.
  • SleepyBare is a natural product using food-based ingredients that supports the body’s own melatonin production which regulates the sleep-wake cycle. It does not contain any artificial melatonin hormone which is only available by prescription in Australia and New Zealand.

SleepyBare is formulated to have a cumulative effect over several weeks, and individual experiences will be based on your own absorption rate and other factors impacting your body's production of hormones related to sleep such as melatonin and adenosine. Some people may experience an immediate effect whilst with others, it will take a few weeks to see the full effects.

We recommend you combine Sleepybare with good sleep hygiene practices to really maximise your sleep quality and time in bed.

  • We recommend 2 gummies a day, with or without food.
    • Taken daily, up to 10 of our TummyBare gummies are safe as all the herbs, vitamins and minerals will be within the tolerable upper limits for persons over 14.
    • In the short term, there is unlikely to be any toxicity if you take more than the recommended dosage.
  • SleepyBare is best taken in the evening 30-60mins before bed.
  • We believe in using scientific evidence and studies to backup our product formulations. For those of you that like to dig into the research, here is a list of clinical trials and published papers on our ingredients.
