  • Also known as ascorbic acid, Vitamin C is essential for many bodily functions. It supports various functions of the innate and adaptive immune system. This includes encouraging the production of white blood cells known as lymphocytes and phagocytes, to fight off pathogens such as viruses, bacteria and fungi that cause infections.
  • Population studies show that individuals with high intakes of vitamin C have a lower risk of a number of chronic diseases.

BetterBare

Hi Jess, Thanks for your feedback. Our lids are specially designed so kids can’t open them. Should be easier after the first time and you remove the inner seal.

  • ImmuneBare is for the woman who wants to give her body the best chance to fight off whatever life throws at her, to provide her immune system with all the fuel it needs to work optimally and to have the confidence it can handle anything. ImmuneBare is for the woman who knows that even though she may feel healthy, a boost from nature’s best vitamins and minerals is always going to help her put her best foot forward. Always read the label. Take only as directed. If taking prescription medication or if in doubt, please consult your Healthcare Professional.
  • Formulated by naturopaths and food technicians, these supplement ingredients have been carefully studied in clinical trials and published in reputable journals.

For those of you that like to dig into the research, here is a list of clinical trials and published papers on our ingredients.

  • BetterBares are designed to be chewed, not swallowed whole. You can eat ImmuneBares anytime of the day on its own or with food, without the need for water.
  • Taken daily, up to 8 of our Immunebare gummies are safe as all the vitamins and minerals will be within the tolerable upper limits for persons over 14. Zinc and Vitamin D3 should not be taken in large amounts over 8 gummies in the long term but in the short term there is unlikely to be any toxicity even if you take more than the recommended dosage of 2 gummies per day.
  • We recommend 2 gummies a day, with or without food.
  • It is hard to say how long it will take as results are personal. Typically, you will start to see some results after about two weeks of daily supplementation.
