    • Rich in Methylglyoxal (MG/MGO) which restricts microbial growth and helps reduce inflammation, it is one of the most active medicinal honeys in the world. It also contains other enzymes and compounds that help make it antiviral, anti-microbial and supportive of our immune system.
    • It is also anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants and a prebiotic (promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal microorganisms). This makes it a great for immunity, digestive balance as well as promoting overall well being.
    Livaux Kiwifruit Fibre 300mg
    Livaux Kiwifruit Fibre 300mg
    • Derived from NZ golden kiwifruit (actinidia chinensis), this prebiotic fibre is a unique combination of soluble and insoluble fibre and has been shown in clinical trials to increase Bacteroides spp., Parabacteroides spp., and Bifidobacterium spp. levels which are all important for maintaining a healthy gut microbiome.
    • It has also been shown to increase the frequency of bowel movements and the level of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (F. prau), a major beneficial bacterial species in the human intestine. A decreasing number of intestinal number of F.prau has been linked to Crohn’s disease (chronic, debilitating, inflammatory disease of the bowel), and more recently irritable bowel syndrome.

    • A temperature-stable probiotic that has been clinically researched to decrease bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and stool frequency in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Studies show it elevates beneficial bacteria (Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Clostridium lituseburense, Bacillus spp. and Eubacterium rectale) levels in volunteers.
    • It has also significantly improved abdominal pain and the quality of life in adults with postprandial intestinal gas-related symptoms and n GI diagnosis.

    • Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Peppermint oil is very helpful in digestion as it has a carminative property of expelling gas (from the stomach or intestines so as to relieve flatulence or abdominal pain or distension).
    • There have been clinical trials that show it benefits patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms.

      Changed my life

I have suffered relentlessly from bowel issues, haemorrhoids, bloating, wind, loose movements, constipation- you name it I had it- but with no real diagnosis to treat or help me. My symptoms would get worse at different stages of my menstrual cycle or if I was stressed. Stress would bring on immediate attacks. It was constant daily pain & discomfort of high levels. I’d be kept away all night sometimes in such pain I’d be crying with desperation. I’ve tried so many treatments with little to no result. I was relying on creams, suppositories & anti inflammatory tablets daily. I saw a Facebook ad for TummyBare. I was interested but also half convinced it may be another Facebook ad scam to be honest; but I had nothing to loose other than a few dollars more than I was already spending. So I ordered a jar as a one off to try. What can I say - it has literally & totally honestly changed my life. I no longer use or need ANY of the other ‘treatments’ I was using. I have no pain, discomfort, inflammation- nothing. I can’t explain it but those 2 gummy bears a day have given me my life back. I have made no other changes to my life, routine or food other than the Tummybare. That was partly deliberate to really test it. I am so grateful & overawed by this product.

      Amazing product, immediate results

This is such a great product. As someone who has suffered from tummy issues in the past, I have seen an immediate improvement since starting my TummBares 5 days ago. Highly recommend to anyone looking for regularity without taking a hundred and one pills.

      Got a question?

      We’ve got the answer

      • TummyBare is for the woman who doesn’t need bad digestion weighing her down. It’s for the woman who needs to give her tummy a helping hand. Sometimes stress and bad diets get in the way of us feeling our absolute best, but with TummyBare we can give our bodies the helping hand it needs.

It’s for the woman who knows how important our gut health is (did you know it affects our mood, our skin and even our immune system) but doesn’t want to add a million gut powders to her health care routine - because who has time for that?

      • We recommend 2 gummies a day, with or without food.

In the first week of use, some changes may occur due to the increase of fibre so it may help to start with 1 gummy daily at first.

      • Typically, you will start to see some results after about 4 weeks of daily supplementation.

After a couple of months, you should be able to see a general improvement in your digestion and bowel regularity.

      • Taken daily, up to 10 of our TummyBare gummies are safe as all the fibre, vitamins and minerals will be within the tolerable upper limits for persons over 14.

In the short term, there is unlikely to be any toxicity if you take more than the recommended dosage.

      • TummyBare can be taken any time of day that best fits your schedule.
      • We believe in using scientific evidence and studies to backup our product formulations. For those of you that like to dig into the research, below is a list of clinical trials and published papers on our ingredients.
