Sleepy White Chocolate Treats

¼ cup coconut butter
¼ cup cacao butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped
6-8 drops liquid stevia
3 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
2 tablespoons dried cherry (optional)
- Combine coconut butter, cacao butter, coconut oil, vanilla and stevia in a double boiler (this is a bowl sitting over a pot of gently simmering water).
- Pour into a small tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle over pistachios and dried cherry if using. Neatly place your SleepyBare gummies on the bark and place in the fridge to harden. Cut or break into shards.
